Started in 1979 by Raymond Brownell, a journeyman machinist in the aeronautical, chemical and Gage industries, Ray brought a new and unique perspective to the wood shipping and storage field. He developed a lot of the manufacturing techniques that are still used today. His son Gordon joined him in 1983 and now runs the company. Over the years we have gone through many changes. Such as starting a wood fixture line for the aerospace and automotive industries. Another of which was to add a custom crate line. Within the last few years Gordon has also introduced on site crating. "You make it, we crate it." With on site crating this allows us to work ever closer with our costumers to make sure their needs are met. As with our storage cases we have always strived to provide the best quality at a fair price. Everyone at WS Industries is dedicated to never sacrificing on quality and reliability. If something goes wrong we will always do our utmost to make it right.
